Deep-hole drilling rig is a new generation of tracked drilling equipment for water exploration, gas exploration, caving and water injection, which can realize horizontal rotation and vertical elevation of 770mm, +45, ~-90 pitch angle. It is mainly used for cluster drilling in soft rock or coal rock with special requirements in heading face, and is also suitable for other occasions. The equipment has compact structure, flexible operation, good maneuverability, full-face operation and good performance. Besides water and gas exploration, we can also drill into complex strata. It is matched with drilling tools such as common reaming bit and can be used for rotary drilling. Advantages of crawler drilling rig: (1) When drilling is buried or stuck, firstly, the drilling rig is pulled up and pulled back and forth under the feeding force. (2) When the gas pressure is too high, it is forbidden to open the front gripper of the drilling rig and the power head at the same time, and it is easy to cause danger by disassembling the check valve drill pipe. The way to relieve this condition is to withdraw the drilling tool for a short period, then stop drilling, and continue drilling after gas pressure relief, and never force drilling. (3) When a broken rod accident occurs, special working condition treatment equipment will be used, and the combination of drill pipe and fishing cone (inside and outside) will be used to send it to the broken rod for rotary tapping, and the broken drill pipe will be lifted out of the hole bottom after connection. When tapping with a fishing cone, the mud pump is cooled by turning on the water supply. Usually, the fishing male cone is preferred. (4) When drilling is close to the fault, observation should be strengthened to ensure safe and smooth passage through the fault.
